Before finding Realtor Charlie Belger, I was getting discouraged and feeling like giving up on home buying, I had been told by other realtors my desired areas of where I wanted to live were out of my budget, I didn’t want to settle. Charlie Belger listened to my concerns, told me she could help me and there was a home out there for me in a good area. I explained that I didn’t know what was involved in buying a home and Charlie told me she’d be there for me “Every Step of The Way” . She gave me a folder that listed the steps and what would happen in the process of home buying, I Loved that folder and looked at it often, getting excited as I moved do the list closer to getting into my new home. Charlie answered every text and call quickly, always patient and kind. She gave me hope, she found homes for me to look at in good areas that were in my price range and directed me right into my new home a few months later. As promised, Charlie was with me “ Every Step Of The Way”. I feel lucky to have found Charlie Belger as my Realtor.
